What Is the ModernSchools School Challenge?
Running a school in India means juggling admissions, fee collection, attendance registers, parent communication, examinations, transport, and staff coordination — often with Excel sheets, paper records, and scattered WhatsApp groups. Sound familiar?
Through this campaign, we're asking school administrators, principals, and owners to tell us about the real challenges that slow down daily operations. Your experience helps us understand what Indian schools actually need — and gives your school a chance to use ModernSchools at no cost for a full academic year.

We will issue licenses to 5 schools with the most insightful, relevant, and impactful challenge submissions.
How to Participate
Submit before July 31, 2026. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- Visit our challenge submission form on the ModernSchools home page.
- Enter your school name, contact details, and city.
- Select "Share My School Challenge (Free License Campaign)" as your purpose.
- Describe your challenge in detail — what problem you face, how it affects daily work, and what you've tried so far.
- Submit the form. Our team will review all entries and contact selected schools.

We welcome submissions about any administrative process that affects your school's daily operations, including:

How Submissions Are Selected
ModernSchools will review every submission based on:
- Relevance — Is this a genuine, recurring administrative challenge?
- Originality — Does your submission describe a specific situation, not generic complaints?
- Potential impact — Could solving this problem meaningfully improve school operations?
Selected schools will be notified by email or phone within a reasonable review period after the campaign closes.
